• Fall 2026 Session:  November 2nd - December 11th

• Spring 2027 Session:  February 8 - March 19

• State Finals:  April 9th, 2027

The top 10 teams for both regions in each high school division (David Ricardo and Adam Smith) overall between the two sessions will advance to the state finals on April 9th in Kearney and Omaha.   Individual schools will be limited to a maximum of 3 state finals berths per division.

State Finals Details:

• Held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City - Omaha Branch and The University of Nebraska Kearney 
• 9am to 2pm
• Lunch provided
• 3 rounds of competition: multiple choice, escape room, case study, then top 2 teams in each disivion will face off in a quiz bowl round.  The overall state champion will be the regional winner with the highest in-person score.  

State Finals Prizes:

• State Champion Team Members - $250 per student
• State-Runner Up - $150 per student
• Regional Runner-Up Team Members - $100 per student
• All state finalists will receive a medal!
