The Challenge is open from February 1, 2025. Student teams in Washington may participate until April 1, 2025.

 

The Washington State Competition Dates:

• State Online Competition: February 1, 2025 - April 1, 2025
• The top five scoring teams from each Division announced: April 10, 2025

The National Competition Dates:

For teams that advance to the National Competition.

• Washington State Competitions: February 1, 2025 - April 1, 2025

• National Online Semi-Finals: April 21 - 24, 2025 Semi-Finals will consist of forty-five questions covering microeconomics, macroeconomics, and international and current events and will be held online. 

• National Finals (Held in-person in Atlanta, GA): May 29th - June 2nd, 2025 This round will consist of a Critical Thinking Round and Quiz Bowl for the top-scoring teams.
