Compete Online

Everyone can compete in the EconChallenge ONLINE!
Teacher Registration: Teachers can register at econchallenge.unl.edu starting January 4th.
Competition: The Online Challenge will be held at econchallenge.unl.edu from 4/3/2023 to 4/14/2023 at noon.

The three highest scoring teams in the Adam Smith division and the David Ricardo division in the EconChallenge ONLINE! will be invited to compete in Round two of the State competition. (Only one team per school can win to move onto Round two).  Round two is a Critical Thinking Analysis that will be held virtual -- David Ricardo - April 18 -- 4:00 pm - 7:00 PM and Adam Smith -- April 20 -- 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.   The first place winning team in each division will be invite to compete in the National semi finals EconChallenge to be held online April 24-28, 2023

Prizes

State Level:

The top two highest scoring teams in each division will win cash prizes

  • First Place: $250 for each student member of the team and the teacher
  • Second Place: $100 for each student member of the team and the teacher

National Level:

The top team will receive cash prizes. (amounts to be determined).
